The film starts with a ghost, roaming with cockroaches on her body. Doctor Saxena of an unknown hospital is brutally murdered by pulling his heart out of his body. His murder is followed by the murder of a nurse of the same hospital. Investigator Vijay(Shiney) is assigned the duty of finding the killer. During his investigation, Vijay meets Dr Suhani(Sayali Bhagat). She is the one who found the body of the nurse first. She believes that something which was not addressed and was supernatural, was doing this but Vijay doesn\'t believe her theory. Then one more doctor of the hospital is murdered in the same way. There at hospital one more person was killed. He was an office boy, who was registered by audience in operation theater few minutes before his death(Office boy was helping doctors in operating the patient). It is then revealed that one more person - a hospital intern Mary (Julia) has been missing since long. Vijay also discovers that he suffered from partial memory loss which was an outcome of an accident he had some time ago. Also he knew Mary and both were together in an adventure show before he suffered that accident. Suhani maintains that there is something which is not being addressed. Vijay after not believing her for a long time finally starts seeing visions from the past.It is then revealed that Mary had been the love interest of Vijay and that he also married her in a church after the permission of his father.Just as the two get out of the church, they are attacked by a group of unknown men.Vijay tries to fight back, but he is hit on the head by a rod(This is what leads to his partial memory loss). Mary is then beaten up by those men and is crucified like Jesus.She is taken to the city hospital where she is eventually declared dead . But her heart keeps on beating. Since she is an International citizen there is huge hue and cry by the media and Australian Embassy. Finally the doctors feel that she is unholy and get her chopped into pieces from a local butcher and throw her remains in the sea. Vijay after seeing all this as visions finds out that he father was behind this and he had bribed the attackers and doctors , wardboy and nurse to kill Mary. He confronts his father. His father tries to escape but is killed by Mary along with all the attackers (who had killed Mary) and the butcher. Mary find solace in Jesus\'s arms because of her never dying faith and belief.
